The Gen Z

Welcome to another amazing week with an amazing prompt,another opportunity to share our thoughts and opinions and yeah welcome to my blog.

Talking about this generation and one thing that has been normalized that makes me sad or angry,when it comes to this generation one thing is not enough to make you angry or sad because literally everything makes me angry and nothing makes sense.

I have been having these same thoughts since last week, without knowing I was going to talk or write about this same topic and honestly when it comes to this generation nothing makes sense.

A lot of things are happening that makes me sad and angry but mostly scared,I mostly wonder what is going wrong? But come to think of it, a lot of things are going wrong.

No more discipline,no more moral,and respect is something we find difficult to see in this generation. We are yet to get to the part where this generation lacks shame, in fact this generation lacks everything. The one that scares me the most is their lack of fear for religion.

Last week I was on tiktok going through a video.I came across this video, someone posted on their x account (Twitter) that if you know you are not scared of God, tear a Bible.

Now in response to the Twitter post,this guy made a video of himself,he bought a new Bible and tore it into pieces, and he said if God is God he gives God one week to do what he wants to do with him.

I was just shouting Jesus when this guy was tearing the Bible,it was as if he was reaping off my heart from my chest. This video had thousands of likes and so many comments.

I was scared to death,Omo since that day I began to fear this generation, because what is good about the video for it to carry some much likes? This generation has gone from posting naked videos to tearing Bibles just to make videos and posts.

And still threatening God, nawao I was shocked, this generation will go to any length for fame and wealth, and to them it is normal,they keep shouting Gen Z.

Now my greatest fear is,if this generation has gotten this bad then what will happen to the coming generation? How bad will those ones be, because presently the only mothers we have are Instagram baddies.

Gone are days where we get beaten by neighbors and still can go home crying because our mothers will beat us again without even asking what we did or what happened because she believes your neighbor is not a mad person that will start beating you for no reason.

Now mothers declare war against anyone that beats their child without even knowing if the child is wrong,they don't even ask what happened.

You hear statements like let nobody touch my child because I gave birth to him alone,gone are days where children are for everybody.
