AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP OVER DEMOCRACY .

Democratic system is one of the best type of leadership that encourages fairness and equality between the leaders and masses but in African countries democracy has really lead to all forms manipulation , exploitation and greed among our leaders.
Democracy has really led to tribalism, nepotism, corruption, bribery and exploitation.
Democracy is a good type of leadership, but in most cases leads. to weakness, thereby promoting corruption.
But the autocratic type of leadership is a strong one and I know it rigid feature is very essential in African countries.
In reality Democracy is not well practiced in Africa countries, it's just a name to our leaders, it's not respected, it's neglected and not practiced.

Autocratic Leadership is being controlled by military, and this form of leadership might sound scary or make the masses fear domination and intimidation, but then our fears is already happening in the name of democracy, in real sense democracy isn't practice in African countries, there have been cases of intimidations and dominance even when the citizens are fighting for the right reason, the closest example I can give her is the the experience that happened at Lekki tourgate 2020 , during the peaceful protest against police brutality, bad government and poor leadership by Nigeria youths, which took a different turnout and led to the death of many young people, due to an order given by one who claim to be a Democratic leaders.
Can we call this democracy? One of the features of democracy is fairness.
Democracy is not well practiced, why don't we face reality and allow military take over, it's like a continuation of our current ordeal her in Africa, and might also be the beginning of a new dawn for us.

Corruption is one of the challenges that's faced by African countries, if we embrace Autocratic type of leadership, corruption would be controlled , with the use of military forces, there will be a quick correction or response to the corruption, and it would be contributing to a reasonable level.
Not just corruption, but also quick responses to issues like pandemic escalation, war threats , insecurities and many more, due to the the power of forces.
With Autocratic type of leadership, this can be resolved.
Let look back at 2020, although Covid wasn't wide spread in Africa, just imagine it did, then we would have all died, because our government gave little or no support to victims.
The issue of gunmen killing in the north and some part in the east, no efforts have been made to put an end to this issue, then why do we have leaders ?

During the last election in Nigeria the budget was #305 Billion(#305, 000, 000, 000) in a country that have bad roads, poor electricity, poor health sectors, and many other problems, but this was the budget for our last election, to elect another thief.
In Autocratic leadership, there's no election or reelection, thereby saving us from spending these amounts every 4years.
I know it seems our choices aren't considered, but the truth is that even in democracy we don't have a choice too.
Elections are rigged, we saw that played out in our last election in Nigeria.

African has suffered from political instability, inconsistency and underdevelopment, regardless of our riches and natural resources and it's our prayer as Africans that we get liberated from exploitation from bad leaders and governance.
I know Autocratic type of leadership also has it disadvantage, a type of leadership I haven't experienced, but I would like we experience a change in leadership, that will prioritize the masses, more than personal interest and greed.
