Buen comienzo de semana creativa y de inspiración para todos.
Hoy los presento mi dibujo titulado "Preludio", el primer dibujo que me premitió experimentar con otro soporte (lienzo) y dar vida a una obra que su boceto lo había realizado cuando tenía 14 años.
Aunque los sentidos, soportes y formas cambien,
seguirán expresándose y naciendo nuevas vidas
creativas censuradas o valoradas que emergen
de nuestro interior. "Preludio" anuncia mi cambio y experimentación con otros soportes aunque el dibujo y el surrealismo sean la base de mis obras además de expresarme a través de imágenes únicas que tratan de tocar el corazón de los espectadores al conectarse con el mesaje social que transmiten. Me siento bien al crear nuevas obras que recreen la vida cotidiana pero que alivien el dolor al expresar lo que las personas callan aunque la creación sea censurada en un medio social donde lo difente, los cambios y la verdad sea una amenaza al poder.
"Preludio" fue realizado con lápices HB, 2B, 4B y 6B sobre un linzo de 60 cm x 43 cm que tiene sutiles aguadas de amarillo. También utilicé goma de borrar y una hoja de papel para no ensuciar el dibujo ni mi mano. Disfruté dibujar sobre el lienzo, fue una nueva experiencia.

Today I present my drawing entitled "Prelude", the first piece that allowed me to experiment with a new medium (canvas) and bring to life a work whose sketch I had created when I was 14 years old.
Though senses, mediums, and forms may change,
censored or valued creative lives will continue
to emerge and express themselves from within us.*
"Prelude" heralds my shift toward experimentation with other mediums, though drawing and surrealism remain the foundation of my work. I also express myself through unique images that seek to touch viewers' hearts by connecting them with the social message conveyed. I find fulfillment in creating new works that reinterpret daily life while alleviating pain by giving voice to what people silence—even when creation is censored in a society where difference, change, and truth are seen as threats to those in power.
"Prelude" was made with HB, 2B, 4B, and 6B pencils on a 60 cm x 43 cm canvas featuring subtle yellow washes. I also used an eraser and a sheet of paper to prevent smudging on both the drawing and my hand. Drawing on canvas was a new experience I thoroughly enjoyed.
