Saludos a nuestra creativa comunidad. Hoy les traigo mi obra titulada "La pérdida".
En ella represento las presiones que van quemando progresivamente los sueños y anhelos del instructor de arte, el cual pierde las esperanzas, deja ir su corazón y decide abandonar la profesión.
La apreciación del papel quemado y los expresivos detalles de los escritos que dan vida a la figura humana, aumentan la tensión y dramatismo de la imagen. Junto con el corazón se va lo positivo dejándonos contaminados de negatividad que nos hace cuestionar la variable, real, falsa o bipolar naturaleza humana. La pérdida, son esos pequeños y decisivos instantes que tenemos en soledad donde los factores externos nos influyen a decidir, ser o no ser, continuar o abandonar, vivir o desaparecer.
La figura humana con alas, la realicé con notas anónimas creadas por estudiantes de una Secundaria Básica, utilizando el método de los 10 deseos. En las notas se pueden apreciar interesantes deseos. Si algunos de ellos se expresaron sinceramente, nunca lo sabremos pero gracias a ellos, nació ésta reflexiva obra.

Materiales que utilicé para la creación de la obra:

• papel de 132.8 cm x 164 cm.
• carboncillo
• notas anónimas de estudiantes.
• copia del título de graduado.
• velas para quemar las alas y el fondo de la obra.
• tela del uniforme de instructores de arte (corazón)
• lákar de pelo para crear capa protectora para la obra artística.

Greetings to our creative community.
Today I present my work entitled "The Loss".
In it, I portray the pressures that progressively consume the dreams and longings of the art instructor, who loses hope, lets go of his heart, and decides to abandon the profession.
The appreciation of burnt paper and the expressive details of the writings that give life to the human figure intensify the tension and drama of the image. Along with the heart, all positivity departs, leaving us contaminated by negativity that makes us question the shifting, real, false, or bipolar nature of humanity.
"The Loss" represents those small yet decisive moments of solitude where external factors influence us to choose: to be or not to be, to continue or abandon, to live or vanish.
The winged human figure was created using anonymous notes written by students from a junior high school, employing the "10 Wishes Method". Among these notes, intriguing desires can be glimpsed. Whether any were sincerely expressed, we will never know—but thanks to them, this reflective work was born.

Materials used in the creation of the piece:

• 132.8 cm × 164 cm paper (52.3 × 64.6 in)
• Charcoal
• Anonymous student notes
• A copy of my graduation diploma
• Candles (used to burn the wings and background)
• Fabric from an Art Instructors’ uniform (for the heart)
• Hairspray to create a protective layer for the artwork.
