Good afternoon @nanixxx, the topic of automatisms is a great one. The podcast is very interesting... because of brain plasticity... the only thing I don't agree with is the brain-centrism aspect... but what this woman says is very interesting.

I’ve been listening to things on this topic for a while now, and I think she explains it in a really simple way. Honestly, I find it strange that people carry a brain around everywhere and yet so few care to understand how it works. 😅… abrazo grande.
