Cool video! I have done a spinning class once. It was for charity.
I ride my bicycle quite a lot, but I really was dead after an hour of spinning. It is so intense. There was a puddle of sweat under my bike when I was finished.
Too bad to hear you can't ride a bicycle yourself anymore.
