Enough with the hot flashes and fainting spells! Let's get down to business today!
I can relate to this a bit too much than I'd like to haha
Havana looks absolutely beautiful though, I could almost feel the warmth of the sun from some of those pictures
Did you keep fainting? 😕 But don't forget to refuel before the hikes and to carry water and energy stuff in your backpack.
Havana has its lights and shadows... but it's what I have and I enjoy it most of the time. 😉
Mostly better with the food and water side of things these days, more on the brink of falling asleep from a lack of sleep and so much running around. The past month or two just feels like a blur and stupidly long bus rides either across nations or over borders.
I remember seeing Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown about it, it reminds me of Armenia in how there may be infrastructure problems and economic ones, but thrives on culture and little communities.
What Havana, and Cuba in general, has is something that I would define as ‘its own pace’. Life here is difficult but it is lived, we don't know how.
Our economic situation is critical, my friend. Culture is not eaten... but yes, it is there.
