I am deeply grateful for that link, although I do not have access to a public law library since Covid closed the courthouse to the general public, and that's where the public law library is, so I will not be checking deeper than this. I consider the ability to verify the claims made at the other link nominal to assess the reliability of the material declarations for my purposes presently.
The first casualty of war is the truth, and we are definitely in an information war, at the least.
With the poisons in the sky/food/water it's hard not to think we are in a broader war that the nightly news has failed to inform us of.
