As for DAO I think it would be a waste of funds unless you get at least a verbal obligation of some whales to vote for proposal. @dapplr had a very good project and it wasn't as properly received as it should.
I suggest keeping HBD still, maybe the situation will change
Yeah. That's kind of exactly where I'm at, keeping on saving, but not terribly hopeful that it would actually be funded.
