Walking is good for body and mind. And is one of the best exercises since the impact on your joints and muscles is much lower than with sports.

As you have experienced you can notice all kinds of intereeting things when walking.
Did you know there is even a hashtag for walking blogs: #wednesdaywalk
It doesn't need to be specifically on a Wednesday, but it is appreciated when youn post them on that day.

I want to increase my target again tomorrow!

I would advise you to build it up slowly. You can get injured when walking longet distances. Both muscle injuries as blisters.
For the latter I would advise you to wear good walking shoes and socks that can 'breathe'.

Yeah sometimes I use Wednesday walk, but since I was not walk in wednesday I think I cant use it ehehe
