The Philippines experience brownouts a lot which is quite annoying. Especially when it happens at night time, it really tends to annoy me especially when the room temperature gets hot then the silly mosquitoes come out.
But luckily the brownout happened during daytime and it was already 5:00 in the afternoon which is my time out at work but still there was no electricity.
So we decided to hangout at the beachfront in Barangay Punta, Tuburan, which is a five minute travel via motorcycle going to the house where we are renting.
We went here immediately after I clocked out from work since I did not wanted to go home for I know it is so timid and there are a lot of mosquitoes.
Punta Beach is a public beach area located in Barangay Punta, Tuburan which is visited by a lot of locals.
We also love to hang out here since we enjoy listening to the sound of the waves and feeling the cold sea breeze.
A lot of people come here and most of them come by group, friends, families, classmates and colleagues.
My partner and I talked about a lot of random things about life and we just enjoyed the company of each other.
Look at my bag, I am still bringing my work bag and laptop with me.
Nowadays, laptops are really important no matter what work you do because it is a convenient means of storage. As a public school teachers, I have all my files in it. My electronic class records, lesson plans, and so much more.
I sat at the sand as I patiently wait for the electricity to be back so that we can then head back home.
After almost an hour of sitting around and enjoying the sea breeze, we saw the houses around the area brightened by their lights as a sign that the electricity is finally back. We then went home.
Good thing the electricity is finally back as I am able to continue all my paperwork. What a busy life I have indeed.
To productive days ahead! Ciao!♡
