As we have already stepped in to the year 2025 I'm filled with excitement to share my hive goals for this year. But before I proceed into that. I'd like to take a moment in other to reflect on the importance of setting a goal and the power of community.
Setting a goal is a powerful tool that helps one clarify his or her priorities and focus on effort in other to achieve an aspirations. Setting a clear and achievable goals, one can create a roadmap of success and make steady progress towards a desired outcome.
But setting a goal is not an isolated activity. When we share our goals with others and work together to achieve them, we create a sense of community and accountability that helps each and every one of us to stay inspired.
Well what are actually my hive goals for the year 2025? I have set my mind in achieving two common objectives this year.
Reviving the spirit of engagement happens to be one of my top goals for the year 2025. I want to increase the rate of which I engage on people content within the hive community, this actually means constantly seeking out and interacting with others posts, awaking this spirit within me will help me make a conscious effort to support and uplift others.
In other to achieve this very goal, I have plan to set aside dedicated time each day to engage with my fellow hivers content and leave a meaningful comment that will add value to the conversation. I also plan to involve myself in online discussions sharing my thoughts with others on initiatives.
I hope to build a stronger relationships with other hive pro's, by increasing my engagement and also contribute to the growth and development of hive. I so much believe that engagement is actually a two way street, and by seeking out and interacting with others, I can create a positive effect and support others.
Growing hive blog chain is another key goal for me this year. This actually means introducing new members to the hive blog chain and provide them with every support and needed to get started. I believe that by growing our community, we can bring in fresh perspectives, and ideas that can help each everyone grow.
In other to achieve this set-goal I plan to reach out to several individuals to spread out the word about hive.
Hive isn't just a place of earning I see it an a institute of learning because I learn everyday from it. I will be so excited to work with other hive experts in other to achieve these goals and make 2025 and amazing year for us all.

Engagement is gradually dying on the Blockchain and it's giving me a cause for concern. A lot of authors just come and drop contents and leave expecting others to graze on them when they don't do same to others,it so pathetic.
Back then engagement was something we took personal and it really helped us. I can trace 80% of my growth on hive blockchain to engagement. I sincerely wish you the best on the pursuits on these goals
The decline in engagement on the blockchain is indeed alarming, and it's heartbreaking to see authors dumping their content without making an effort to interact with others
