Forgiveness and apology are very powerful, they can turn away wrath that is able to wipe an entire generation within some minutes. But then, it's not just done there is a proper way to go about it. Some people don't really know how to apologize, I have met a number of them, if not for love sake, I wouldn't have pardon some of them to date.
