Yes @indayclara we, the guides here in Panagsama are also pissed off, of there new ordinance but we can't do nothing of it, all we can do is not to bring our freediver guest into sardine&turtle if they don't want to pay, if they would like to experience sardine run and turtle they will pay ofcourse. But the tourism table is located at little corner restaurant and another one in sea quest.
