An architect friend built a 2-bedroom bahay kubo in their farmland in Dahilayan and we got to spend the weekend there. It was during the cold season and being in Dahilayan, it felt too cold inside the hut. It was the most relaxing break however. I can imagine though, that it has the best natural ventilation and during the day, it was really breezy and pleasant.
