Commercial buildings with beautiful structures (Es-Eng )

Hola mis amigos de esta genial ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Una vez más aquí junto a verdaderos apasionados de la arquitectura y el diseño; Feliz de poder compartir algunas bellas imágenes que hemos tomado en nuestra última visita a ¨Ushuaia¨; Una pequeña ciudad pesquera que fue creciendo con el paso del tiempo, acuñando construcciones realmente hermosas. Los diferentes estilos de construcciones está dado por la formación cultural de quienes habitan en la ciudad; El paso de inmigrantes fue dejando plasmado en las fachadas de las construcciones sus conocimientos, y la pasión que han puesto al construir una vivienda que les haga recordar quienes son y de donde vienen. Quiero agradecer profundamente a nuestros amigos @storiesoferne @aplusd por el enorme apoyo que nos brindan al promocionar nuestras presentaciones, y por la dedicación que brindan a nuestra comunidad, lo que hace unas de las mejores. Quiero disponer el 15 % de lo que genere esta publicación en beneficio de nuestra ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:  Desconozco la historia de estas edificaciones, no sé si en algún momento fueron viviendas particulares, o si siempre fueron construcciones comerciales; Cualquiera sea el caso, creo que vale la pena darles a conocer

Hello my friends of this great ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Once again here together with true fans of architecture and design; Happy to be able to share some beautiful images that we have taken in our last visit to ¨Ushuaia¨; A small fishing town that grew over time, coining really beautiful buildings. The different styles of constructions are given by the cultural formation of those who live in the city; The passage of immigrants left their knowledge, and the passion they have put into building a home that makes them remember who they are and where they come from, reflected on the facades of the buildings. I want to say a big thank you to our friends @storiesoferne @aplusd for the tremendous support they give us in promoting our shows, and for the dedication they give to our community, making some of the best. I want to have 15% of what this publication generates for the benefit of our ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:  I don't know the history of these buildings, I don't know if at some point they were private homes, or if they were always commercial constructions; Whatever the case, I think it's worth letting them know

El centro de la ¨Ciudad¨ de ¨Ushuaia¨ es muy particular, sus calles son con desniveles muy pronunciados, y eso está dado al crecimiento de la población que obligo al municipio a ganar terreno a las colinas lindante a la antigua ciudad. Caminar por las calles céntricas es una experiencia única, en determinados lugares te permite ver casi toda la ciudad, incluso el ¨Canal¨ de ¨Beagle¨. Las edificaciones en general son muy hermosas, aunque debo admitir que estas dos edificaciones se destacan, y no podrás evitar ver si caminas en las calles céntricas de la bahía. Son edificaciones de épocas con mucha personalidad y carácter, imposible no detenerse y admirar sus imponentes fachadas

The center of the ¨City¨ of ¨Ushuaia¨ is very particular, its streets have very pronounced slopes, and this is due to the growth of the population that forced the municipality to gain land from the hills surrounding the ancient city. Walking through the downtown streets is a unique experience, in certain places it allows you to see almost the entire city, including the "Beagle Channel". The buildings in general are very beautiful, although I must admit that these two buildings stand out, and you will not be able to avoid seeing them if you walk in the central streets of the bay. They are period buildings with a lot of personality and character, impossible not to stop and admire their imposing facades

Esta es una hermosa edificación de dos plantas, con dos divisiones, lo que hace suponer que se trata de una propiedad de cuatro plantas, pero si vemos con detenimiento apreciamos claramente que solo son dos; Esto me hace suponer que originalmente se trató de una edificación combinada; Es decir, en la planta baja funcionaba el comercio, y en la planta alta era utilizada como vivienda. En actualidad las cuatro plantas están destinadas al comercio, la planta baja funciona como salón de atención, y el reto como almacenamiento del stock de los productos de ventas.

This is a beautiful two-story building, with two divisions, which suggests that it is a four-story property, but if we look closely we clearly see that there are only two; This makes me suppose that it was originally a combined building; That is to say, on the ground floor the shop worked, and on the upper floor it was used as a home. Currently the four floors are intended for commerce, the ground floor functions as a service room, and the challenge as storage of the stock of sales products.

En cuanto a la construcción, claramente podemos observar la mampostería en cemento, acompañado de una hermosa fachada con detalles en madera; El techo construido en material símil tejas a varias aguas, con una delicada terminación en sus esquinas. Los ventanales esquineros, como los centrales de varias hojas, permiten el paso de mucha luz natural dentro de la propiedad; Además, otorga mucho carácter y personalidad al edificio, sin estos detalles y la hermosa terminación del techo, sería una simple estructura rectangular que pasaría desapercibida entre el resto de las edificaciones. Aunque se puede observar claramente la falta de mantenimiento, aun así, no deja de ser una estructura muy hermosa

The corner windows, like the central ones with several leaves, allow the passage of a lot of natural light into the property; In addition, it gives a lot of character and personality to the building, without these details and the beautiful finish of the roof, it would be a simple rectangular structure that would go unnoticed among the rest of the buildings. Although you can clearly see the lack of maintenance, it is still a very beautiful structure

Esta es otra edificación de época con un hermoso estilo de construcción, todo hace suponer que se trata de las peculiares construcciones ¨Suizas¨; Una edificación de cuatro plantas, construidas en dos parcelas de terrenos, las propiedades están unidas en el centro por una hermosa cúpula circular, y un hermoso semipiso saliente; Estos son los dos detalles más significativo de la construcción, y es lo que hace imposible no apreciarlas al caminar por esta calle

This is another period building with a beautiful construction style, everything suggests that it is the peculiar "Swiss" constructions; A four-storey building, built on two plots of land, the properties are joined in the center by a beautiful circular dome, and a beautiful protruding semi-floor; These are the two most significant details of the construction, and it is what makes it impossible not to appreciate them when walking down this street

Este hermoso edificio fue construido en mampostería de cemento, que convive armoniosamente con las bellas terminaciones en madera, que aporta mucho carácter a la propiedad. Los siete ventanales de vidrios repartidos cubre la totalidad del frente de cada planta superior; Mientras que el frente de la planta baja está cubierto por dos grandes ventanales y una enorme puerta con banderolas superior. La posición del techo no permite ver el material de la construcción, pero presumo que se trata de chapa acanaladas de varias aguas, lo que sí se puede observar es la terminación de la cúpula, se trata de chapas galvanizadas lisas y un indicador de los puntos cardinales. This beautiful building was built in cement masonry, which coexists harmoniously with the beautiful wood finishes, which adds a lot of character to the property. The seven distributed glass windows cover the entire front of each upper floor; While the front of the ground floor is covered by two large windows and a huge door with upper banners. The position of the roof does not allow us to see the construction material, but I presume that it is corrugated sheet metal, what can be seen is the termination of the dome, it is smooth galvanized sheet metal and an indicator of the points cardinals.
