New way of Architectural presentations.

As the world progresses, we get to move forward with it. Being in architectural practice so far I have learnt many new things and one of them is the architectural presentation.

Generally, people do not tend to understand the floor plans so we make the model of the house and then present realistic renders so that they might understand well.
It is a common practice being followed for years, since the development of software and advanced technology.
As a layman, one generally needs some images to visualise. like-

It's a 3d render image made for a client so that they understand the arrangements of the furniture and how their place will turn out to be.
From a basic plan it's obviously harder to visualise for most of the people.
They new ways of illustrations-

Walkthrough
Now, not just the normal pictures would go, people needs a virtual walkthrough. which is made in the form of video.

One of our client wanted to raise funds to create a glamping in Italy on his plot. he had to show the idea in such a way that the investors agree to invest.
we suggested him a walkthrough.
For that we made plans, then a 3d and lastly a video walkthrough.

It's how it turned out to be!

Little did we knew that this one experimental thing would open many ways in work. After we did this presentation, many clients wanted us to provide for them as well. so then we took two other ventures of walkthroughs.

The next one is quite exciting, we took a project from a person in Dubai who wanted to build a mosque and again needed investors for that.
I or any one I know in my field Isn't Muslim so we had no clue on how the planning or modelling is done. So, the client was quite patient and understood the difference of cultures and explained everything because of which we were able to create a walkthrough which turned out be like-

Now heading towards another and probably the last round of the walkthrough for this publication would be the landscape one.
I am planning to do masters in Landscaping for the next year so taking in some projects regarding the same is very interesting.
This time for the tender , we applied using a walkthrough.
We were asked to plan a landscape for the industrial project. The factory's structure is already made, we needed to plan the exterior lot of the plan.
I made a video walkthrough of the landscape that's how it turned out to be-

The factory structures are bit of a demo model so that the entire focus is on the landscape design of the plot.
I planned a reflection pool in the middle which signifies the biophilic element and it is much easier to construct and maintain as compared to a fountain.

The results of the tender is still awaiting. But it was super fun designing it.

It has turned out to be fun as to how using technology we can literally design and describe anything from across the globe!

The other way to present the architectural design is through -

Panoramic Images

These are not just normal panoramic images, but the ones which you can put in any device or software and you can look around by scrolling. it gives a 360 of images.

One can insert their panoramic images which are produced by the architect or designer and can see how the space would look.

These are couple of different options of presentation of architectural work to a layman.
The advancement in technology has really done a lot of wonderful things.
