Dear friend @jlufer, a very specific group of people long to own a property on the shores of a pond, and I certainly belong to it as well (but, if possible, there is no danger of these waters rising 😄).
We have touched on the topic of the expensive properties and their location before, but don't you think that every single thing is at the expense of something else. Property prices here are very expensive and maybe that's why these houses look small to me. What could compensate for a large and well-designed patio when we talk about nature. Or in this case, the river compensates for everything? 🤔
