Shadows in the bleachers - Sombras en las gradas [Eng-Esp]

Greetings dear readers today I give life and love to my blog 💖 showing a few shadows with which I managed to fall into a matchless reflection.

And it was in the old Caracas Bullring dating from 1919, today a cultural space for dance, music and circus art, in this space are still intact some elements and architectural structure considered as heritage of the city, a place where countless personalities gathered to enjoy what was a tradition, in my opinion, one of the most grotesque of all time, "bullfights ".

There are many anecdotes that grandparents tell of this place where perversity dressed in elegance and good taste was what was seen in some of the attendants during the cruel eventualities.

Today it is a space that has been recovered with great difficulty to raise it as a place of recreation of culture, arts and sports, in fact there have been some concerts and local activities with very little success and projection.

Thus, on a day of intense sunshine to attend a rehearsal, I was distracted for a while between the bleachers thinking about how many more things could be done in that place with good funding for the benefit of many.

Being there I saw my reflection on the floor, and so I thought of hunting my shadow, it was about 4 pm, being the sunset perfect to play for a while.

In this way I started by first observing my initial position, and from there it occurred to me to pose by playing balance. 🤭

Until I found a Freddy Mercury-like posture 🤭 that was funny to me, but that then led me to reflection, awakening in me the feeling of triumph and success that sometimes goes astray, because everyday life makes me forget those details of self-esteem and self-worth, and that on this day my shadow brought it back to me "I am a valuable and successful woman by the mere fact of existing and being in the world".

Looking at this lived and felt detail I rescue and it sensitized me with one of the many thoughts of Carl Jung that expresses:
What you deny subdues you, what you accept transforms you".

Saludos apreciados lectores hoy doy vida y amor a mi blog 💖 mostrando unas cuantas sombras con las que logré caer en una inigualable reflexión.

Y fue en la antigua plaza de Toros de Caracas que data del año 1919, hoy espacio cultural para la danza, música y arte de circo, en este espacio aún se encuentran intactos algunos elementos y estructura arquitectónica considerado como patrimonio de la ciudad, lugar donde se dieron cita innumerables personalidades para disfrutar lo que fue una tradición, a mi juicio, una de las más grotesca de todos los tiempos, "las corridas de toros"

Son muchas las anécdotas que los abuelos comentan de ese lugar donde la perversidad vestida de elegancia y el buen gusto era lo que allí se veía en algunos asistentes durante las crueles eventualidades.

Hoy es un espacio que ha sido recuperado con mucha dificultad para levantarlo como sitio de esparcimiento de la cultura, artes y deportes, de hecho se han realizado algunos conciertos y actividades locales con muy poco exito y proyección.

Es así como en un día de sol intenso para asistir a un ensayo, me distraje un rato entre las gradas pensando en cuantas cosas más podrian hacerse en ese lugar con un buen financiamiento para el beneficio de muchos.

Estando allí vi mi reflejo en el piso, y asi se me ocurrió cazar mi sombra, aproximadamente eran las 4 pm, estando la puesta del sol perfecta para jugar un rato.

De este modo inicié observando primero mi posición inicial, y de allí se me ocurrió posar jugando al equilibrio. 🤭

Hasta encontrar una postura tipo Freddy Mercury 🤭 que me resultó graciosa, pero que luego me llevo a la reflexión, despertándome el sentimiento de triunfo y éxito que algunas veces se me extravía, pues la cotidianidad me hace olvidar esos detalles de autoestima y valoración propia, y que en este día mi sombra me lo trajo de vuelta "soy una mujer valiosa y éxitosa por el solo hecho de existir y estar en el mundo."




Mirando este detalle vivido y sentido rescato y me sensibilizó con uno de los tantos pensamiento de Carls Jung que expresa:
"Lo que niegas te somete lo que aceptas te transforma".
