It's a 25°C cloudy morning and I went to the nearby bridge to have a breather and have a clear unobstructed view of the rising sun. Though it is cloudy, the heat of the sun can be felt and makes me to be feverish.
So I went home and tried to have some sleep. But the heat of the sun is persistent and I think of the rainy days especially the time when I am in the boondocks. Then I browsed on my files about the cool rainy days I spent in the mountain.
One look at those pictures gives a feeling of being refreshed especially the sight of towering trees that reflects on the accumulated rainwater on the ground.
Not just trees but other plants like bamboos and shrubs and the sight of those plants are so relaxing to look at due to their green pigment.
Then I imagined that I am at that place enjoying the downpour. And finally I feel asleep and this can only mean one thing, the memory of rainy days can cool my senses and relaxes my inner self.
