Весенний иней и лёгкий туман на рассвете. Каждое мгновение природа меняла состояние. Туман прятался и уползал от солнечного света. Иней превращался в капли. Всё наполнялось радостью от пробуждения.

Spring frost and light fog at dawn. Every moment nature was changing state. The fog hid and crawled away from the sunlight. The frost turned into droplets. Everything was filled with the joy of awakening.

🌿 Сейчас читаю книгу "Звезды шамана". Там главный герой и шаман говорят о своих мирах. У меня не было пост-знакомства, поэтому я расскажу о своих.⠀
Их два. Первый это моя работа. Я существую в нем уже 8 лет. Чувствую себя надежным элементом хорошо отлаженной системы. Работа требует большой концентрации внимания и отслеживания многих точек и пунктов, из которых потом складывается целый процесс и результат.⠀
В своем блоге я пишу о своей связи со вторым миром - лес, природа. Это что-то вроде возврата к истокам. Я убеждена, что тенденция развития больших городов может привести к тому, что люди будут не отождествлять себя с природой, а противостоять ей. В результате природа и человек будут вытеснять друг друга.⠀

🌿 I'm reading the book Stars of the Shaman right now. There the main character and the shaman talk about their worlds. I didn't have a post introduction, so I'll tell you about mine.⠀
There are two of them. The first one is my work. I have existed in it for eight years now. I feel like a reliable element of a well-oiled system. It requires a lot of concentration and keeping track of many points and points from which the whole process and the result is made up.
On my blog, I write about my connection to the second world - the forest, nature. It's a kind of going back to my roots. I believe that the tendency of the big cities can lead to a situation where people don't identify with nature but oppose it. As a result, nature and man will displace each other.

Уже сейчас я часто слышу от людей, что они не могут находиться в лесу: боятся насекомых и диких животных, не ориентируются. Я тоже не могу сказать, что я расслаблена в лесу. Я внимательно, смотрю по сторонам, прислушиваясь, слежу за маршрутом.⠀
Но эта практика тренирует мою связь с самым настоящим и правдивым в мире - природой. Взаимодействуя с ней, я принимаю правила вселенной. Жизнь в едином ритме с ней дарит мне ощущение надежности, в отличие от города. Город скорее похож на маятник (кто читал трансерфинг Вадима Зеланда - поймет), который забирает больше, чем дает. Как-то так.⠀
😅 Страшно говорить о сокровенном публично. Но сейчас на самоизоляции попёрло. А сколько у вас миров? Какие они? Расскажите, пожалуйста.

Even now I often hear from people that they cannot be in the woods: they are afraid of insects and wild animals, they are not oriented. Neither can I say that I am relaxed in the woods. I am attentive, I look around, I listen, I follow the route.
But this practice trains my connection to the most real and truthful thing in the world: nature. By interacting with it, I accept the rules of the universe. Living in rhythm with it gives me a sense of security, unlike the city. The city is more like a pendulum (who has read Transurfing by Vadim Zeland will understand), which takes away more than it gives. That's how it is.
😅 It's scary to talk about innermost things in public. But now it's all about self-isolation. How many worlds do you have? What are they like? Tell us, please.
