What does a DHO do?

Hypha’s tools help communities and organizations democratically and securely record collective decisions for all to see. They can incentivize participation and work to achieve the common goals. They can use a secure and fee-free currency to help nurture exchange & trading between a large variety of local, regional and global teams, communities and businesses.

The major difference between a DHO and a DAO or DAC is a DHO is more focused on the human element, and designed to be able to run ecovillages in the future.

Here’s some of the things that a DHO allow us to do

•   Transparent organizational governance, through joint voting on key new initiatives, hires and other operational decisions.
•   Maintaining secure & decentralized treasury management
•   Reduced start-up and new membership costs
•   Transparent and more-equitable distribution of governance rights
•   Programmable and automated outcomes & incentives
•   Tokenizing voice and equity
•   Customizable governance and economic structures

Hypha is just now releasing this tech, so we’ll be in a bit of a limbo to get everything running. Our goal is to have the DHO up and running by the end of the year.
