New Liquidity Pool for Creative Coin: CCC:PHOTO

in Creative Coin15 days ago

Today the Creative Coin Fund set up a new liquidity pool for Creative Coin, the CCC:PHOTO pool, available through Tribaldex and BeeSwap.

We have also created a distribution contract to provide rewards to liquidity providers. The contract runs for 365 days, and we will be adding more LP awards over the course of the next year.

The CCC:PHOTO pool is the second Creative Coin liquidity pool set up by the Fund, joining the CCC:WIT liquidity pool.

The LP rewards distribution contract on the CCC:WIT pool runs for another 159 days, and we intend to create a new distribution as soon as this one expires in September.

We're excited about the new arbitrage opportunities created by the CCC:PHOTO pairing. In addition to our new liquidity pool, PHOTO already has two pools available: SWAP.HIVE:PHOTO and PHOTO:MEME.

What's Next?

Our plan is to continue creating opportunities for artists to earn from their creative token awards by setting up more liquidity pools and adding LP awards to them. We've also expanded our focus slightly: in addition to our daily activity in the Creative Coin market on Hive Engine, we're also supporting the price of other creative tokens by maintaining buy orders for PHOTO, MUSIC, and SCRIBE.

We continue to curate only #creativecoin posts with our 570,000 staked and delegated Creative Coin. We're also building stakes in PHOTO, MUSIC, SCRIBE, and others. We continue to support other curators by giving out large (usually 100 percent) upvotes on their curation reports and prompt posts, and to give precedence in our curation to artistic work.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us .... stay tuned!

Well, that's exciting news @cccf, my previously "dead" WIT tokens found new life with the creation of the CCC:WIT pool, which I hold a fair sized stake in.

I'll certainly add this new pool to my list of aspiring ventures!

Now, if some enterprising individual would just take over the creative community again... even some kind of coalition/cooperative between the existing art/photography/music communities.

I can think of some people (the folks who run LOLZ), but they are currently very busy rescuing a different community (DHEDGE/ARCHON) that was coming to an untimely demise... maybe the time will come!

Anyway, thanks for doing this, and from bringing the CCCF back to life!
