It's funny though. Considering it was a new virus that was heavily transmissible and no one knew how deadly it was. If they didn't take this step and it was super deadly we'd be having an inquiry into why no one locked down.
I highly doubt that, the immune response would likely have been better without the lockdowns. Everyone catching the virus faster and more frequently would have built up an immune response that didn't require any medicine, just a healthy diet.
