Supreme Court finally ruled LGBTQ can't be discriminated against in the workplace. This is a great step in the right direction but shouldn't be confused with being a solution.
Companies still retain a perverse amount of power when it comes to firings and hirings. Sure, now they're not allowed to fire you for being LGBTQ, but they are allowed to fire you without providing a reason. That's why we need to change the discrimination laws in this country to apply in reverse.
There should not be a list of reasons you CAN'T fire someone. There should be a list of reasons that you CAN.
