Three Steps Back to Move One Step Forward in the Right Direction!

Hello dear Crypto Community! It's with a heavy heart that I share today's message, but my direction is crystal clear. The last 6 years have brought significant changes in my life. Starting with Crypto, back in 2019, we saw a massive surge in decentralized apps on blockchains. At that time, with the team at DApps.Buzz, we joined forces with DappStats. A project that highlighted DApps statistics and included articles about these DApps. Those were lucrative, good times. However, the project was discontinued due to lack of development capabilities. Developers who then made a fair amount of money during the Bearmarket in 2021, lost interest in such projects.

3 Steps back, 1 Step forward

I decided to dive into programming but never really found the time to get a solid grip on it. Since then, I've been drifting along with projects that I should complete but keep pushing forward without finishing. In these six years, my ex-girlfriend fell ill, and her family's demands became unbearable for me. Being on unpaid disability, I had to reduce my job hours to compensate for the disability at home, earning less while shouldering the entire family's expenses. This led to a debt of around 40,000 EUR.

40,000 EUR that, if invested, would mean I wouldn't have to lift a finger today. Additionally, I continually sponsored nodes, incurring costs and effort. These resources would have been better invested in Crypto than in servers - not to mention the effort, which if accounted for, makes it all seem not worthwhile.

My situation led me to a point where I felt trapped mentally: facing a mountain of debt and endless expectations. A friend whose website broke down on 21.01.2023 was procrastinated till two weeks ago, along with other friends and private clients, all had expectations. All, of course, without money, needing their websites urgently to monetize their work.

Now, I'm at a point where I feel much better because I can focus on myself. A year ago, I moved from German-speaking Switzerland to Italian-speaking Switzerland and am no longer in that relationship. I've met someone new who has become my favorite person, and I enjoy spending my free time with her. She's wonderful and fits perfectly into my life. My new routine allows me to be athletic in my age, write my content, and achieve the desired success in my job. What no longer has a place is unpaid work. Support for friends who can never adequately compensate will be discontinued. Anyone who demands my time outside of fun and leisure will have to pay me. No more free work; I must take care of myself and pay off my debts. I hope you understand.

So, what does this mean concretely? Well, I will focus on content, WEB3 platforms, and Crypto. I will continue to produce content in English but will prioritize Italian content. Here in Ticino, I have a Crypto group that is growing daily, bringing English content to the Italian community. They are often behind with information, and I see a real need there. Plus, I can really thrive here and do something I love.

Regarding services like server/node rental, I will soon launch a website where such services can be purchased. More information will follow, but it won't be relevant to most here.

I've handed over the management of Crypto outside my family, with the responsibility lying with each individual, as intended in Crypto. Those who can't internalize this should stick with central financial services like banks and brokers, who are also venturing into Crypto, even if they can't fully grasp it.

Furthermore, I'm giving up on developing Sloth.Buzz. However, I will remain an active member and continue to contribute content, aiming for collaboration.

Cryptoradio.FM will receive my full attention as my own project, as usual, in collaboration with Sloth.Buzz.

We have many plans for Sloth.Buzz and Cryptoradio.FM, with NFT projects slated for the end of Q3 2023, requiring their own interface. However, the overall development in WEB3 has been so great that existing systems can be used instead of writing our own. We already have an approach across various WEB3 blockchains and platforms, but this will be a topic when it's ready: On the DeSo Blockchain, there's a possibility to create Creator Coins with a Social Media WEB3 Account, operate a DAO, and distribute NFT sales to your Social Media Account's "shareholders". Such systems are just the beginning, and we'll keep you updated.

That's all from me! I hope you understand my reasons! Next, I'll be setting up the Cryptoradio.FM stream on VIMM and will keep you informed here. Thank you so much for all the support over the years, you're amazing!
