I have been looking forward to this book because it belongs to the BG.5 saga, which is my favorite by Darlis Stefany. This specific one is book 4 which I had previously read on the wattpad platform but I like reading it on paper better and it's also a little different, and I'm also very happy to have been able to buy this book because along with the first "H de Harry" are my favorites of the saga.

Roland's ka-tet continues its arduous journey towards the Dark Tower. After defeating Blaine the Mono in the most unexpected way, Jake, Eddie, Susannah, Oy and Roland arrive in Topeka, Kansas (or at least a version of the city). There they decide to rest since the little trip with Blaine was most horrendous. They were exhausted. When deciding where to camp they encounter a mysterious phenomenon. Roland calls it fraying, which turns out to be a kind of multidimensional hole that emits a strange sound. This reminds the gunslinger of another time in his life where he was also close to a fraying. This was when he was barely fourteen years old, and he doesn't even know how long ago that was. Moved, he decides to tell the story of him, his birth as a gunslinger and the one who was his first ka-tet...

I know this fiction series isn't for everyone, but the discounted price is ending very soon. The Biblical Legends Anthology Series (BLAS) consists of three titles, each with their own literary flavor. The books are multi-author anthologies, which means I took submissions from writers, picked the best ones, and published them under the Garden Gnome Publications imprint, which I own and control.Garden of Eden Anthology - Writers were asked to send stories set in the Garden of Eden but to not include the biblical characters in their stories. Some of the writers broke the rules, but the end result is better than I ever expected. Fifteen authors feature some of the best stories about gnomes, water rats, ghosts, roaches, and more. You'll love this introduction to the BLAS featuring flash fiction, poetry, and short stories.

Just a word of warning: this is going to be an extremely long post! Over 6,200 words, all done while still trying to care for two babies under 2-years-old. It was extremely exhausting, but very well worth it! So, if you are in the mood for a lengthy journey, please, get comfortable and settle in!

About thirteen days ago, I reviewed the first two books in the Twisted Series, a dark new adult romance written by Ana Huang. In that post, I promised to review the two last books in the series which I will be doing in this post. To know more about the background of the series, you can refer back to part 1 here.

So it’s been quite a while since I posted in this beautiful community or even completed a book for that matter. I thought it was the hustle and bustle of trying to get settled in school but I realised and told my friend, Steve, that it was probably a book block of some kind. So no, in almost a month, if not more, I haven’t finished a single book. I have started, yes. But I just don’t get to finish. Maybe it’s because I haven’t stumbled on a page-turning book yet, I don’t know.

What is Hive Book Club?

Hive Book Club is a community made by book lovers, for book lovers. A place where the chaotic minds of writers may punch away words from their keyboards as they share their writing adventures. Where passionate book collectors may rummage through their stacks of books to share and review their latest additions. Outside of our regular curation process, we may create contests for our community to participate in, and earn even more from their posts. If you have a certain theme for a future contest you would like to see, let us know! Be sure to check with us frequently on our various social media platforms to avoid missing out!

How Do We Choose The Highlighted Posts?

For those of you curious as to how you may have been chosen or would like to be chosen in the future in one of these compilations: we scan through the community and read the many posts that the community members write. We then select four or five posts that we believe meet certain criteria and are worthy of sharing with the rest of the community. We aim to keep these selections diverse in style, from writing skills or subject matter.

Hence, throughout the week, the moderators will check the community and manually handpick the posts. Some factors include the post subject, post quality, engagement, personal voice, and general effort. If we choose you, or you happen to stumble across these highlights, please do check out the other posts we feature, and contribute to their curation and engagement!

We also have a Discord server! Be sure to join it to stay up-to-date with the latest events, and communicate with our community! Hive Book Club Server
