MI RESEÑA DEL LIBRO HARRY POTTER Y EL LEGADO MALDITO

Debo confesar que soy fanática de la saga de Harry Potter. ¡Me encantan! sus libros y también las películas 😍. La historia de Joanne K Rowling me atrapó desde su primer libro publicado: Harry Potter y la Piedra Filosofal.
Hace unos días cuando estaba de visita en la casa de mi hermana me topé en la librería de mi sobrina una octava edición. ¡Obvio, se lo pedí prestado! 😁
La octava historia se titula Harry Potter y el legado Maldito y cuenta la historia de diecinueve años después de la muerte de Lord Voldemort. El libro no es más que el guión de una popular obra de teatro británica escrita por Jack Thorne, un dramaturgo, guionista, y productor británico; con la colaboración de JK Rowling y John Tifany, un director de teatro, también británico.
Continúa con el final del libro Harry Potter y las Reliquias de la Muerte. Recordemos que en un apartado del libro se lee la escena de Harry, Ginny, Ron y Hermione en el andén 9 ¾ despidiendo a sus hijos James y Albus (hijos de Harry) y Rose (la hija de Ron), que van a la escuela de Hogwarts.
En este libro se aprecia a un Harry adulto, aproximadamente 36 años, que es esposo, padre de 3 niños y responsable de la seguridad del mundo mágico, ya que trabaja en el Ministerio de Magia como Director de este departamento. Durante la historia vuelve a tener las pesadillas y el dolor en la cicatriz como cuando era niño y sentía que el peligro estaba cerca. Se frustra y piensa que volvió el Señor Tenebroso y su imperio de terror y oscuridad.
Teme por su pequeño hijo Albus, que lucha en la escuela por llevar la carga de ser el hijo del “Elegido”, el chico no sabía cómo lidiar con la fama que tiene su papá y el legado familiar que nunca aceptó.
Albus y Scorpius, el hijo de Draco Malfoy, se conocen en el tren rumbo a Hogwarts e hicieron conexión inmediatamente, tal como pasó con Harry y Ron en la Piedra Filosofal. Desde ahí se hicieron mejores amigos, ambos quedan en la casa de Slytherin, conocida por albergar a los magos tenebrosos, lo que le preocupa a Harry y es una de las razones por las que padre e hijo se separan. Además, se dice que Scorpius es hijo de Lord Voldemort, tras un viaje en el tiempo de su madre –Astoria - para quedar embarazada.
En el tercer curso en Hogwarts los niños conocen a Delphini, supuesta sobrina de Amos Diggory, el padre de Cedric Diggory y quien intenta por todos los medios recuperar a su hijo muerto a manos de El Señor Tenebroso durante el Torneo de los 3 Magos (4to libro). Albus y Scorpius deciden ayudar al viejo y su “sobrina” robando un giratiempo ilegal decomisado por Harry a un mortífago para viajar en el tiempo y evitar dicha muerte, lo que pone en riesgo la seguridad del mundo mágico.
Es interesante también ver que Draco y Scorpius tampoco tienen una buena relación. No se entienden, Draco intenta mantener el legado de la familia Malfoy de ser sangre limpia y superar el fallecimiento de su esposa Astoria; Scorpius lidia con el tema de que es el supuesto hijo de Lord Voldemort y los compañeros de escuela lo rechazan por miedo. Esta situación hace que en algún momento Harry y Draco vs. Albus y Scorpius se conecten y juntos encuentren respuestas. Al final los padres entienden que el pasado es importante, pero no puede definir el destino de los hijos, ese camino lo deben transitar ellos mismos y que la oscuridad puede estar en “los lugares más inesperados”.
Falta, por supuesto, la magia de JK Rowling en cuanto a sus descripciones detalladas de cada personaje y escenario con mucha creatividad, tanto que podías imaginarte cómo era la historia como si fuera una película. En Harry Potter y el legado maldito las descripciones son un poco menos detalladas; pero igualmente si conoces la saga y has leído los libros puedes imaginar algunas imágenes de la trama perfectamente. Igualmente, es un buen libro. Supongo que el montaje de la obra fue espectacular, dado que fue muy popular durante su estreno y bien recibida por el público londinense.
Por cierto, Delphini, no era la sobrina de Amos Diggory, es la verdadera hija de Lord Voldemort y Bellatrix Lestrange, que usó al hijo de Harry Potter para que su padre recuperara el poder. Por eso dicen que vienen nuevas historias del mundo mágico con estos nuevos personajes. Ya veremos qué pasa en el futuro, por ahora disfrutemos del presente 😁.

I must confess that I am a fan of the Harry Potter saga, I love! her books and also the movies 😍. The story of Joanne K Rowling caught me since her first published book: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
A few days ago when I was visiting my sister's house I stumbled upon an 8th edition in my niece's bookcase. obviously, I borrowed it from her! 😁
The eighth story is titled Harry Potter and the Cursed Legacy and tells the story nineteen years after Lord Voldemort's death. The book is nothing more than the screenplay of a popular British play written by Jack Thorne, a British playwright, screenwriter, and producer; with the collaboration of JK Rowling and John Tifany, a theater director, also British.
It continues with the end of the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Recall that in a section of the book we read the scene of Harry, Ginny, Ron and Hermione on Platform 9 ¾ saying goodbye to their children James and Albus (Harry's children) and Rose (Ron's daughter), who are going to Hogwarts school.
In this book we see an adult Harry, approximately 36 years old, who is a husband, father of 3 children and responsible for the security of the magical world, since he works at the Ministry of Magic as Director of this department. Albus and Scorpius, Draco Malfoy's son, met on the train to Hogwarts and made an immediate connection, just like Harry and Ron at the Philosopher's Stone. From there they became best friends, both staying in the Slytherin house, known for harboring dark wizards, which worries Harry and is one of the reasons why father and son are separated. In addition, Scorpius is said to be Lord Voldemort's son, after his mother -Astoria - traveled back in time to become pregnant.

It's also interesting to see that Draco and Scorpius don't have a good relationship either. They don't understand each other, Draco is trying to uphold the Malfoy family legacy of being a clean blood and get over the passing of his wife Astoria; Scorpius deals with the issue that he is the supposed son of Lord Voldemort and schoolmates shun him out of fear. This situation causes at some point Harry and Draco vs. Albus and Scorpius to connect and together find answers. In the end the parents understand that the past is important, but it cannot define the destiny of the children, that path they must walk themselves and that darkness can be in "the most unexpected places".
Missing, of course, is JK Rowling's magic in terms of her detailed descriptions of each character and setting with a lot of creativity, so much so that you could imagine what the story was like as if it were a movie. In Harry Potter and the Cursed Legacy the descriptions are a little less detailed; but equally if you know the saga and have read the books you can imagine some of the plot images perfectly. Anyway, it's a good book. I suppose the staging of the play was spectacular, given that it was very popular during its premiere and well received by London audiences.
By the way, Delphini, was not Amos Diggory's niece, she is the real daughter of Lord Voldemort and Bellatrix Lestrange, who used Harry Potter's son to bring his father back to power. That's why they say that new stories of the magical world are coming with these new characters. We'll see what happens in the future, for now let's enjoy the present 😁.

Me encanta Harry Potter pero todavía no leí este libro. Ojalá pueda hacerlo pronto, siento que es muy diferente, pero a la vez es bueno.
