in Plant Power (Vegan)2 days ago (edited)

Hello vegan community friends! Do you like soybean sprouts? What menu do you usually make using this ingredient? Sautéed soybean sprouts & Tofu Pong is one of those dishes that I've always enjoyed since I was a kid. Back when I was living in the countryside, my mom used to cook this dish for the family. The simple yet appetizing taste always makes me miss those days. The fresh sprouts and chewy tofu pong combined with the right seasoning make this dish not only delicious, but also full of sweet memories. More interestingly, this dish is perfect for vegan friends as it uses natural ingredients with no animal ingredients. For your information, pong tofu is fried tofu that is hollow inside. For those of you who are looking for a quick, healthy, and delicious dish, *Tumis Sprouts & Tofu Pong* is the answer. Check out the recipe below!
