Hello,
The gnocchi with perfect, even just with olive and pepper are delicious. I wanted to give color and beets did it with much affection. ❤️
They were exquisite.

As you say: gnocchi can be served with any sauce and I'm sure the pea sauce is delicious and colorful, I like this choice.
