Stir-fried Chinese cabbage with Tempeh
As we all know, Chinese Cabbage contain many nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein, and tempeh also contains vegetable protein that is good for the body.
There are many white mustard greens dishes that we can try. But this time you have to try the recipe that I share this time.
Ingredients needed:
- 250 grams of white cabbage
- 1 block of tempeh
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 2 red chilies
Cooking instructions:
- Separate each Chinese Cabbage.
Wash clean.
- Then slice / cut the Chinese Cabbage thinly
- Cut the tempeh
- Then fry the tempeh
- Slice the garlic and shallots.
- Prepare a little oil in a frying pan, then saute the onions until fragrant then add the red chilies.
- After the spices are cooked and fragrant, add the Cabbage that we cut earlier. then saute until wilted while continuing to stir.
- After the mustard greens are wilted, add salt, sugar and flavoring and 100 ml of water.
- the water has boiled. add the fried tempeh.
After everything is cooked. Correct the taste and ready to serve.
