As we delve into the process of making this delightful mango jam, it becomes crucial to comprehend the key factors that contribute to both its health benefits and deliciousness.

To commence, choose ripe and flavorful mangoes. The quality of the mangoes directly influences the overall taste and sweetness of the jam. The better the mangoes, the more delightful your jam will turn out. Alternatively, you might need to compensate with additional sugar if the mangoes lack natural sweetness.

Before diving into the preparation process, ensure that all pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned. This step is essential for maintaining the hygiene and purity of your mango jam.

Now, let's walk through the process of preparing this homemade mango jam, ensuring that each step contributes to a delicious and healthy outcome.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 About 5 large ripe mangoes.
🍀 1 1/2 cups of sugar. (Must vary according to the taste of mangoes.)
🍀 A teaspoon of lemon juice.

Method of making....

First, wash the mango well and remove the skin. then cut into small pieces.

Then take a blender cut mangoes into small pieces and blend them so that there are small pieces.

Then put the blended mangoes in another bowl and add sugar to it and mix well.

Then again take a pan or a vessel and put it on the stove to heat it on a low flame and put the prepared mango mixture on the pan and stir continuously until it thickens.

This process takes about 10 minutes. After the mango mixture thickens well, add lime juice and mix it well and remove it from the stove after a minute.

Then sterilize the jars before filling with mango jam. Then pour the prepared mango jam into the jars, close it and turn the jar to the other side.

Then cover the jam jars with a piece of cloth and keep them in the dark for about 8 hours. Then keep it in the refrigerator and add it to the food.
