Hola a todos los integrantes de esta linda comunidad #plantpower vegan, feliz fin de semana ,deseando que todos estén bien, junto a su familia. Hoy , muy alegre ya que está lloviendo, el calor ha sido menos, días atrás, el calor estaba insoportable , que a cada rato tengo la necesidad de beber agua.Dios les bendiga.

Hoy quiero mostrar, mi compra divertida de vegetales (vinagre), número 27,otro nuevo reto que nos trae @sirenahippie , en esta oportunidad visite un supermercado llamado : Tu amigo, C.A ,ubicado en la calle Juncal de Carúpano, Estado Sucre ,Venezuela.En busca de vinagre.
Antes de llegar al lugar nombrado, visité varios comercio y no encontré el producto que andaba buscando.
En este supermercado tienen vinagre de diferentes marcas, compré el de marca Iberia para probarlo, ya que de las otras marcas lo he comprado.

Today I want to show you my fun purchase of vegetables (vinegar), number 27, another new challenge that brings us @sirenahippie, this time I visited a supermarket called: Your friend, C.A, located on Juncal street in Carúpano, Sucre State, Venezuela, in search of vinegar.
Before arriving at this place, I visited several stores and did not find the product I was looking for.
In this supermarket they have vinegar of different brands, I bought the Iberia brand to try it, since I have bought the other brands.

El vinagre es esencial en mi casa, nunca falta ya que siempre lo utilizamos , en la cocina ,sirve para hacer vinagreta,salsas ,desinfectar frutas y verduras.
Ablandar carnes,entre otros y en cuanto a la limpieza es eficaz para dejar reluciente las superficies,elimina los malos olores, el vinagre se ha vuelto favoritos para la limpieza hasta más de aquellos que tienen químicos,ya que no es tóxico.
En casa dicen que soy maniática, ya que siempre estoy utilizando el vinagre para todo y más aún en días atrás a mi esposo le detectaron la bacteria helicobacter pylori, en seguida pasó por mi mente no lavamos bien las verduras crudas que consumimos, por lo tanto ahora más que nunca , utilizo vinagre.Dejo unos minutos las verduras metidas en agua con vinagre y también agrego gotas de vinagre a las ensaladas.

Vinegar is essential in my house, it is never missing because we always use it in the kitchen, it is used to make vinaigrette, sauces, disinfect fruits and vegetables.

At home they say that I am maniac, since I am always using vinegar for everything and even more so a few days ago my husband was diagnosed with helicobacter pylori bacteria, and immediately it crossed my mind that we do not wash well the raw vegetables we eat, so now more than ever, I use vinegar, I leave the vegetables in water with vinegar for a few minutes and I also add drops of vinegar to salads.

Para conservar el vinagre en buen estado,lo primero es cerrar bien la botella , ya que si la dejamos abierta puede entrar bacterias, además almacenarlo en un lugar fresco y seco, pero nunca en la nevera. Estar pendiente de la fecha de vencimiento.

To keep the vinegar in good condition, the first thing to do is to close the bottle tightly, because if we leave it open, bacteria can enter, and store it in a cool, dry place, but never in the refrigerator. Be aware of the expiration date.

Existen varios tipos de vinagre: vino tinto , manzana,módena, blanco, jerez, vino blanco,arroz, fruta,coco y hierbas aromáticas.

There are several types of vinegar: red wine, apple, modena, white, sherry, white wine, rice, fruit, coconut and aromatic herbs.

Compré un vinagre de un litro,no lo vi tan caro, me pareció bien el precio (60,01 bolívares) Aunque en la factura no se aprecia bien el precio total del vinagre, ya que mi esposo se antojo de comprar un refresco , jajaja. Cuando me di cuentas ya había pagado.
