Hoy vengo con una recetas especial y muy deliciosa 😋 : Bocadillos de plátanos cubiertos con semillas de ajonjolí, si no han probado este delicioso dulce, les invitos a que no pierdan tiempo y lo preparen.
Sirven para merendar y comer con galletas, pan, casabe o comerlo solo.

Today I come with a special and very delicious recipe 😋 : Banana snacks covered with sesame seeds, if you have not tried this delicious sweet, I invite you not to waste time and prepare it.
Serve as a snack and eat it with cookies, bread, cassava or eat it alone.

Ingredientes para la preparación de la receta:
- 1 naranja.
- 2 plátanos.
- 80 gramos de semillas de ajonjolí.
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
- 100 gramos de azúcar.
- 1 bolsita de clavo especies.
Ingredients for the preparation of the recipe:
- 1 orange.
- 2 bananas.
- 80 grams of sesame seeds.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 1 bag of clove spices.

Preparación de la receta:
- Quitar la concha del plátano, triturar con un tenedor , tratando de que no quede grumos.

- Remove the banana peel, mash with a fork , not trying to leave lumps.
- Coloca un caldero en la candela, agregas el azúcar , pon la llama media, ya que si pones la candela muy alta se quema el azúcar enseguida.
- Ahora colocas el puré de plátano junto con el azúcar.
- Con una cuchara vas meneando.
- Place a cauldron in the candle, add the sugar, set the flame to medium, because if you set the candle too high the sugar will burn immediately.
- Now add the mashed banana and the sugar.
- With a spoon you go stirring.
- En una olla agregamos los clavos especies, un poco de agua y pones a hervir. Cuando haya hervido colocas en el caldero.
- Picas la naranja con un cuchillo y la exprime para sacar el jugo, también se le anexa al caldero
- In a pot add the cloves, spices, a little water and bring to a boil. When it has boiled place it in the pot.
- Picks the orange with a knife and squeeze it to get the juice, also add it to the cauldron.
- Agrega la cucharada de vainilla, sigue meneando la mezcla , sabemos cuando está, ya que cambia de color, un marrón intenso.Dejamos reposar.
- Luego colocamos esa mezcla en un plástico con azúcar,la estiramos y la llevamos al refrigerador por 3 horas.

- Despues de estar refrigerada, la picamos en cuadrito con el cuchillo y la cubrimos con las semillas de ajonjolí.
