Hey Jane! Your Tokwa vegetable soup looks delicious. It's simple to prepare but we don't have tofu here in my part of the country. 😄

I eat meat a lot and try to incorporate as much vegetables as I can afford in my meals...60% vegetables is good. Nicely done. Good luck in the contest. !LUV
