Happy start of the week community 😸

We already have a few days left to finish the year, December definitely passes very quickly πŸŽ‡
December has been a difficult month for us, apparently Covid gave us, and we are taking the post-covid effects.

In other posts @riverflows has told me wonderful ideas, which I have to figure out to implement. And @didivelikova casually named me a recipe similar to this one.

Excuse me for not responding to the comments in time, the phone does not notify me and I have many days without using the computer.

All these recipes are not expressly for Covid cases. They are recipes that have been used for many other diseases.

This golden milk, I met it 5 years ago in a complex inflammatory process, however it was very expensive and it was not filled in the natural world (I was still studying Engineering and only got numbers)

Again, in my case I repeat an inflammatory process that really drives me crazy, and I already have the knowledge and providers to make many preparations.

Turmeric and ginger are rhizomes with well-known anti-inflammatory properties (I want to go back to the post-chemical 😁)

And plant milks are ideal for their easy digestion and being less allergenic.

I bring you the recipe for golden milk
10g turmeric
10g ginger
5g honey or panela
500mL coconut milk

Preparation
In my case, I made it cold, to drink in the morning.
Shake the coconut milk previously

Add the 500ml to the blender

Add the turmeric and ginger

Blend at medium speed.

Add the honey or panela honey, blend again.

Pack in a glass jar and reserve in the fridge.

I left her the turmeric and the ginger, she is going to settle.
You can consume it hot or cold. I consume it in the mornings

Niiice, I am very happy you made post for the golden milk. It is so delicious and beneficial, and way better when it is with coconut milk.
I hope you are feeling better and stronger πŸ™‚πŸ™

This is a delicious recipe and very good for our bodies. Golden milk is a gift from God, because it helps us to prevent many diseases.

Yes, and as the days go by it is tastier ... it really is spectacular ❀️

I am so sorry to hear about covid. I hope you get beter soon. For some people it can take a long time to recover completely I have heard.

We love golden milk. I always add a little cinnamon powder and crushed cardamon pod too for extra flavor and healing powers.

Yes. the doctor says that sometimes the post covid is worse. In case the Covid gave us like a strong flu, unfortunately leaving the box there were complications. I keep resting and taking care of my defenses. my husband has already improved a lot but he has circulatory treatment for two months. But food is critical to recovery

Perfect. I think turmeric has a cumulative effect, so the more you have it, the more you'll notice the difference. Such a beautiful pairing. A little black pepper will help absorb the turmeric too. I love golden mylk!

Yes, the effect of turmeric is seen in time, hehe my milk is more yellow every day πŸ’› it is beautiful. I'll add pepper hehe. With the pepper I have prepared a similar Oil, I will have to take photos next time.
