Buy BEET fruit and process it into fresh juice.

The highlight of the Eid al-Fitr holiday is over. And at the peak of Eid, what is felt most apart from maintaining friendly relations, is that eating patterns continue to change and many people violate excessive health regulations, such as typical Eid dishes in Indonesia which generally contain thick coconut milk such as beef Rendang, Chicken Opor and there are many more typical Indonesian main dishes which all contain coconut milk with high levels of cholesterol plus snacks or small holiday dishes which all consist of peanut flour, excessive oil and butter, making my digestion disturbed for 2 days.

Incidentally, there is this shopping challenge, even though I don't like beets which I consume pure without any mixture, but when I mix the beets with something like orange, pineapple, green apple or carrot to disguise the taste I can still consume them. And you know, the first time I consumed beets, I felt like a bloodthirsty vampire, then after I consumed the beets and there were residues in my teeth, I really felt like I had become a real vampire... ha... ha Even though it's just a story from the past, now I'm starting to get a little used to it.

As we know, beets have many benefits that are good for the body, containing lots of antioxidants and natural detox for the body. This means that beets are very suitable for consumption today. and to get these beets, I specifically shopped for beets at the nearest market specifically to look for beets. I can consume one beet for 2 uses because I will mix this beet with other fruit.

To make beets last longer, there are two ways that I usually do.

  1. Make sure the beets we choose are in good condition
  2. I put the beets in the non-freezer refrigerator after I wrapped them in newspaper and they can last for more than a week
  3. For long-term use so that the beets can last a long time, the beets can be dried by slicing them thinly and then drying them in a place exposed to indirect sunlight or you can also put them in the oven.

That was my shopping for beets and my processed products.
