Hello HIVE friends. I'm sure almost everyone has made this simple breakfast especially for those who like vegetable breakfast with olive oil sauce. However, not everyone likes the taste of olive oil mixed into salad and that includes me, it feels very strange if the olive oil is mixed into vegetable or fruit salad and most of them prefer to use mayonnaise which is now also starting to be made from vegan mayonnaise itself. even so, olive oil will have a special place in the hearts of its fans, especially for those who have felt the good benefits for their bodies.
And now in my city it's avocado season and it comes from my own garden as well as the bananas that I'm processing right now. so all of these main ingredients are without any chemicals and are really very healthy. Because these ingredients come from my own garden of course they are only seasonal and if they run out then I will buy all these fruits again at the traditional market in my city.
The ingredients that I needed to make my breakfast this morning were:
1. 1 avocado
2. 1 comb of bananas (I didn't use all of this comb of bananas for my own breakfast but also for my snacks after a few hours of breakfast and to save everything I made them one at a time when cooking this breakfast. )
3. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
4. 1 tablespoon of nutmeg syrup
5. 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
And I will prepare my breakfast in a simple way as below:
1. The first step I do is peel the banana and when I peel the banana I have heated the steamer first, and after the banana is finished I peel it then I steam it for about 10 minutes. The taste produced will be much better when steamed compared to boiling.
2. Waiting for the banana to ripen I also roasted the sesame seeds briefly so that it has a slightly crunchy texture when chewed
3. After the banana is ripe then I let it sit for a while and I put the banana into the sesame seeds that I had roasted earlier
4. After that I peeled the avocado and saw it was very easy to peel it without the help of a knife.
5. Then after I arranged everything on a plate the last step is to put sauce on top of my breakfast and the step is I pour olive oil into a bowl then I mix it with 1 tablespoon of nutmeg syrup so that the olive oil has a taste that is not too strange on the tongue and this method is quite successful without damaging the content of substances in the olive oil.
6. I have finished making my healthy and simple breakfast and I will have breakfast first.
