My style of healthy fast food.

What did you think about fast food for the first time? Is it fried chicken with tomato or chili sauce that already has a global brand? Or slices of bread filled with meat that are no less famous? Actually, there is a lot of healthy fast food that we can make in just around 5-7 minutes, not more than that. Even the fast food offerings out there definitely exceed the time I have used. However, because we are very lazy to move and our eyes are only focused on the flat screen that we are holding, making healthy fast food that we can make ourselves becomes very difficult to do and there are many classic excuses that actually only cover up our own laziness.

The fast food I made for my afternoon snack today is:


1. 2 spoons of chia seeds
I used 2 spoons of chea seeds so that my snack had the consistency I wanted

2. 1 kiwi fruit
It doesn't have to be kiwi fruit, you can use avocado, mango, papaya, grapes or other types of fruit, just because kiwi fruit is still in my fridge and I don't like eating this fruit if I don't make it into smoothies or combine it with other ingredients. everything else, so I just made it like this.

3. Banana
Likewise with kiwi fruit, please choose any fruit according to your taste and can be combined with several types of fruit that you like

4. Soy milk
I use soy milk which is of course low in fat and doesn't raise bad cholesterol in my body and I use 1 bottle of soy milk to dissolve 2 spoons of the chea sheeds that I use in this recipe.



How to make :


1. I took a glass and immediately put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into it

2. After that, I pour 1 bottle of soy milk to dissolve the chea seeds so that it thickens

3. Then I cut the bananas and arranged them in a glass

4. Only then did I also cut the kiwi fruit with dice

5. Then for the topping I added biscuit crumbs to make it look prettier

6. I can enjoy my afternoon snack.



To make this snack I didn't need a long time actually, it's just because when making this recipe I had to take a photo first so it took me a little longer, approximately 10 minutes, and who says healthy food isn't delicious. We only need to process little by little to make our tongues comfortable with the healthy things that enter our bodies. When food passes into our esophagus, everything tastes the same.
