Green chutney recipe || A nutritious and delicious way to enjoy any food

Green chutney is a nutritious, delicious and flavour pack recipe which loved by all known as hari chutney also .

Whether you are enjoying the starter or eating snack, breakfast or dinner, vada pav or sandwich....Everyone loves to eat green chutney. Green chutney is a delight to eat for everyone and it enhances the taste of everything.

And the best thing you can get prepare green chutney in no time. You need just coriander leaves, garlic, green chilli and some herbs. And grind it in the jar and Tasty tangy spicy green chutney become ready to enjoy.

Although it is quite easy to make it, the taste of green chutney in every home is different. Because everyone has their own recipe which makes it unique. Today I would like to share green chutney recipe from our home . Earlier I also did not know how to make such good green chutney, but I learnt this recipe from my mother-in-law.

Everytime we all loves to have green chutney with all types of snacks and sometimes also with chapati ( indian bread) .



INGREDIENTS ✅

  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Garlic 7-8 cloves
  • Ginger 1/4 inch piece
  • Green chilli 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chickpeas lentils 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 1 tbsp


PROCESS ✅

First you need coriander leaves and mint leaves. You can keep their proportion according to your own...I have use both ingredients equally. Or you can use only coriander leaves also.

Than remove all stalks , wash it well, remove all dirt and rinse the water. This is the main process, so do this properly.

Now cut green chilli, garlic and ginger.

In a mixer jar , add all things , first coriander and mint leaves, than ginger, garlic , green chilli , salt, cumin seeds and most important chickpea lentils.

Add 1-2 tbsp water and grind it.

Blend until it smooth. At last add lemon drops in it. Mix well and taste it. If you can add some more salt if needed. If you are not vegan , you can add curd also. It gives nice flavour and light green shade to chutney.

Within 10 minutes your chutney will ready to enjoy.

Enjoy it with any snacks or pakoda. This is really a healthy and great way to enjoy any food.

Earlier my chutney used to be a little runny and watery...but after adding chickpeas lentil it become perfect. Do you also add something special to your chutney?
