Hello good morning π, I mix at the beginning with one hand because it is inside a container and with the other I hold the same, then when moving to the counter and we use both hands, although I almost always walk with the camera in one of them π, it is not easy to cook and take pictures of the process π, but it is achieved hahaha.
I baked the bread inside a small mold, 20 centimeters, you just have to oil it well and ready, but you can use the one you have, the shape is given by you with the mold or you do it on a flat tray, the result will be the final presentation.
