Hi plantpoweronhive, today I will share with you one of the special recipes for making dessert. This dessert is made from melon. I took the contents of the melon then added original unflavored jelly to the melon and chopped grass jelly.

Actually, this recipe was inspired by one of the dessert recipes that my friend shared yesterday on social media. I was very curious about the taste because it looked very tempting. Dessert is indeed very suitable to be served from any fruit ingredients, because I have melon and several other ingredients. As a result I wanted to make this combination in one special dessert dish.

Melon Jelly Bowl Dessert

I also add jelly in another mold container and add similar toppings. Then wait for it to cool and store it in the refrigerator until it hardens and can be cut according to taste.

Result

Melon jelly is ready to be enjoyed by serving the cut melon jelly bowl. Although I didn't get the maximum result, I was quite happy with the final result. It tasted very good even though it didn't look as perfect as the original recipe. Usually they have a pretty shape and the jelly is evenly distributed. Now my mistake in putting the jelly when ripe is the use of fruit or filling in the melon bowl is too dense. So that there are parts that are not all exposed to the jelly mixture. But isn't the first try not always smooth? Haha looks like I'll have to try the experiment a second time next time, and it has to be perfect!.

So for those of you who want to make this dessert, follow the advice from my final result, remember not to use too dense bowl filling so that the jelly will remain beautiful.

What I like most about the final result is that the freshness and sweetness of the melon jelly is just right for my taste buds.
