First Time Making Dimsum Vermicelli

20240319_103405.jpg

Make a different sensation when you want to create a new atmosphere for enjoying dimsum. Like meetball, this dimsum has the same shape, but it is still a healthy version of dimsum with colored vegetables inside. What's unique is that corn vermicelli is the main ingredient, making this dim sum naturally delicious.

If you usually enjoy dim sum, it is wrapped in skin, then stuffed and steamed. So what if today you will see skinless dimsum with simple ingredients that are very easy to find in your kitchen. This recipe was inspired by social media some time ago they surprised me with processed skinless dimsum like this. It's just that the original recipe is non-vegan by adding meat filling. However, don't be afraid, the vegan version is no less delicious with the addition of colorful vegetables that are rich in vitamins. Come on, let's make dimsum!

Dimsum Vermicelli

This skinless dimsum is made from corn vermicelli mixed with vegetables and spring onions to enhance the strong taste of the dimsum. Add simple spices with the addition of fine garlic and ground pepper to make the taste more distinctive. It's not spicy, because I will add a spicy consistency to the cocola sauce later.

Serve the vermicelli dimsum with spicy sauce to which I added a little sweet soy sauce, and hot water so that the sauce is not too thick, then I dipped the dimsum into the sauce. Ahh, the first bite is very tempting, in my opinion this is very delicious to enjoy warm after it has been cooked for a while.

For those of you who have never tried enjoying dimsum with rice noodles mixed with vegetables like this, let's make this recipe. Really very tasty, soft chewy and also all the spices are very pronounced. Moreover, when I dipped it into the sauce, it was so spicy that it made me forget to stop eating for a moment. Like meatballs, this is the right description for this dim sum.

I absolutely love this idea. The fact that it's steamed is very nice and light. It's perfect to collect the sauce. I love noodles. I have never tried corn vermicelli. I will try to find it so I can experience it. Thanks for the recipe.
