Tomato Oyster Mushroom

Mushrooms do have a special flavor as a vegan lover. In fact, it is not uncommon for mushrooms to be used as a substitute for meat which has an extraordinary taste.




Vegan lovers today I will invite you to prepare one of the special recipes from mushrooms. This recipe is used as a side dish in my house and enjoyed with warm white rice, the taste must be very extraordinary.

As a foodie, I really wanted to prepare something new with mushrooms. Cooked with tomato sauce makes this dish very special. I added tomatoes by chopping them and also added tomato sauce to enhance the best flavor. I've seen on television shows that tomatoes are a great substitute for Msg, their tangy and sweet flavor in dishes makes them so delicious. Usually, tomatoes are included in stir-fried or soupy dishes. You're curious about the taste, let's take a look at the preparation steps below!.




Ingredients Needed

200 grams oyster mushroom
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
5 cayenne pepper
1 clove shallot
2 cloves garlic
1 stem spring onion


The preparation steps are so easy, you can prepare it without having to add tomato sauce like I did if you don't have any at home. In my opinion, the abundance of real tomatoes alone is delicious, but make sure to add the tomato ingredients at the beginning of the preparation.




Making Procedure

Shred the mushrooms into small pieces then set aside and chop the shallots.

Then chop the tomatoes, spring onions and red chilies.

Saute shallots and garlic, add tomatoes and chilies and saute until wilted.

Then add spring onions, give a little water then cook again, add sauce tomatoes.

Then add the mushroom season with salt and mushroom broth and cook until done.

Serve the special oyster mushroom on your favorite plate look so tantalizing isn't it? Very delicious especially if mixed with warm rice beh this is even more delicious and delicious.

The chewy and soft texture made me even more appetizing, I enjoyed it with warm white rice and it became a real meat substitute. The sourness from the tomatoes is even more savory in my opinion without the addition of mushroom broth. The rhizome tomatoes did give it the right quality of flavor. I love this dish and I think this is the right mushroom preparation for you.
