Greetings to all. Here @sirenahippie
Yesterday we made a post in which we exposed some of the poor practices in Hive. Among the bad practices that we point out is the recycling of content or reposting and we also talk about the constant repetition of recipes.
We are aware that many of the users on Hive lack sufficient financial resources to acquire supplies, as well as having difficulty accessing certain ingredients; however, we also know that there is a fundamental element in cooking, and it is CREATIVITY, that spark that allows us to reinvent recipes, give them a twist to do something different, enriching and improving our blogs. On the other hand, currently, there are many recipe books and gastronomic channels online, which show us the customs and cuisines of many other countries and cultures; that is why we always invite you to investigate, it really is a simple and fun task, which only requires some clicks.
In view of the above, we have decided to offer you some good vegan cooking channels, both on Instagram and YouTube, where you can find information and learn about various recipes. We highly appreciate that if you are going to use any of the recipes from such channels, you proceed to indicate the source, it is the most appropriate way to recognize the work of these content creators. Although several of these channels are in Spanish, fortunately there are translation tools that make understanding easier for any viewer:
Instagram:
(Remember to be previously logged into your Instagram account, so you can view the suggestions)
Youtube:
We hope this information is useful to you. You can also do a custom search that allows you to discover other vegan channels
Delegations welcome!
Thank you very much for this valuable information and for sharing the links to the suggestions you provide.
I have a question. Is it possible to share a recipe seen on the internet, as is? Of course, I understand that you have to give the corresponding credits and that many times for various reasons variations will be made but the essence of the recipe consulted will be maintained.
I imagine that yes, as long as the corresponding credits are given and we speak from our experience making the recipe, however, I would like to know if I am wrong or not.
Thank you very much and blessings!
Good morning @verdesmeralda
You can take the recipe and make it as is, but you must give credit. You cannot use images, video, or text from where you took the information, the recipe, because you would be infringing copyright, but it is very important that you indicate where you took it from and share the link of the site where you got that recipe, or cite the bibliography, if it is a written recipe book, for example in magazines, books, newspapers, etc.
Even if you vary the recipe, it would be best to give credit to the content creator who inspired you to make your recipe.
Perfect! 😉
Thank you very much for the very complete answer.
Thank you for giving us tools to continue creating content. 💚
Yes, we continue forward!
Gracias por las sugerencias son muy valiosas!
You're welcome @carisma77, and don't forget to cite the original author of the recipe, in case you are inspired by someone else's creation.
Ok sure, thanks!
