Today we are back, for a new edition of this weekly vegan challenge YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING, an activity that we have created, to learn more about the shopping experience that all of you, dear users, have when supplying food your pantry, either in the markets, in the different commercial establishments or directly in the field, with the producers.

In the previous edition, dedicated to the purchase of GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES, we had a total of 2 entries, both very interesting and wonderful. It should be noted that a post was also published today that does not enter the contest because it is too late, but we also want to highlight it. Here we present them:

It should be noted that between the two posts that entered the contest, all the prizes will be distributed (150 @ecency points and 75 hive tokens each), and additionally each entry will receive 1 additional hive as a gift.

In this beautiful post, @yulia-hive takes us to collect green leafy vegetables, since she does not need to buy them, since her husband sows in his garden. There, he shares with us some tips about planting and caring for these vegetables, among them spinach and kale, which, in addition to serving them for their own food, they also sell to other people.

In a great post @dehai takes us to collect leaves from her mother's beautiful garden, where she herself selects sweet potato leaves, a very nutritious vegetable, with which she prepares a delicious salad, which is scrumptious. She also tells us about all the benefits that this vegetable offers us.

NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”

One of the most important foods in the vegan diet is FLOUR. Although in Veganism whole wheat and gluten-free flours are preferable, we wanted to be flexible in the community, hence we allow the use of wheat flour, refined or not. The truth is that in the diet of almost all humans, flours are very important; and in each country there is a certain variety of flours, which can certainly surprise us. So for this new challenge, corresponding to week 9, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY FLOURS. In this post you will not include any other type of food, only FLOURS, obviously of vegetable origin, and we also want you to give us advice on buying and preserving this food.

CONDITIONS

  • Only one post per participant will be accepted.

  • Post must be published in this Plant Power (Vegan) community.

  • Please be original - no old content and nothing plagiarized! (The post that incurs in plagiarized will be disqualified).

  • You must appear in at least two (2) photos making your veggie shopping of flours.

  • The post must have a minimum length of 300 words in English, (it can be a bilingual post too)

  • You will tell us about FLOURS, as we indicated in the paragraph before this section.

  • You must show your purchases.

  • This contest ends on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 23:59 hours

PRIZES

  • We have 3 prizes of 100 @ecency points, 50 foodie each.
  • The winners will be announced in the next post.
