Wishing a very happy day to all my dear friends! How are you all doing? Today, I’m excited to share a brand-new recipe with you all. It’s a homemade pizza roti! When we think of pizza, we all know it’s a favorite food. So, I wanted to bring you a recipe that has that familiar pizza flavor but with a twist—it's easy, affordable, and completely vegetarian. This pizza roti makes a nutritious breakfast option, and the best part is, you don’t even need an oven to make it! So, let’s dive in and see how to prepare it!
Materials Used.
Wheat flour 200g.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
2 Tablespoon of Tomato Sauce.
Salt powder to taste.
Pure coconut oil 60ml.
Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda.
A little pepper powder.
1 chopped tomato.
A chopped onion
3 Washed and cleaned mushrooms.
A pod of chopped fish and chili.
The cooking process as follows.
Let's get ready to prepare this delicious pizza roti! First, take a mixing bowl and add some wheat flour. To this, add a little sugar, salt, and baking powder. Then, add a bit of coconut oil and mix well until it forms a smooth dough.
Next, after about 20 minutes, divide the dough into three equal portions.
Next, take each portion of the dough and flatten it by hand to a moderately thin round shape. Then, use a rolling pin to further thin it out without making it too thin, keeping a round shape. Place a larger plate on top of the dough circle, and cut around it to form a neat, even circle in that shape.
Now, take a flat skillet or pan, place it on the stove, and heat it up until it’s hot. Once it’s ready, add the prepared roti to the pan. Let one side cook until golden, then flip to cook the other side as well. This should be done over low heat to ensure even cooking without burning.
Now, spread tomato sauce generously over one side of the cooked roti. Next, layer it with sliced onions, green chili, tomato pieces, and bell pepper. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper and salt over the toppings. Cover and let it cook for about 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the toppings to soften. Finally, remove it from the pan and serve warm.
Now, this delicious mini pizza roti is ready for us to enjoy! It’s as tasty as any oven-baked pizza, making it a great choice for everyone, young and old. I hope you’ll try preparing it in this simple way. While it may not have the exact taste of a classic pizza, it’s an easy-to-make and nutritious option. So, I’ll say goodbye for today—have a wonderful day!

I thought this was a pancake, the topping on top looked sweet, but it turns out I was wrong. 😅
Haha, easy mistake to make! 😅 It does look like a pancake with that topping! Sometimes savory dishes surprise us like that. 😊
