Materials Used.
25 String hopper.
Salt to taste.
1 Egg.
1/2 onion, chopped.
A few chopped green onions.
A few finely chopped carrots.
A little finely chopped curry leaves.
A little crushed garlic.
1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper powder.
2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Some coconut oil.

The cooking process as follows.
Now, let’s get ready to prepare this dish. First, take the string hoppers and cut them into small pieces as shown below.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add the garlic, onions, and curry leaves, and sauté well.
Next, add the egg and mix well. Then add the spices and combine everything thoroughly.
Next, add the chopped string hoppers and mix well. Cook for about 2–3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
