As Sri Lankans, we also grow sesame to some extent in the dry zone and import as the country does not produce enough. Among the grains that are useful to man in many ways,

sesame seeds are very important .Black sesame is more beneficial and Ayurveda uses sesame to make many medicines.

Regular use of sesame seeds helps to soften rough skin and cure sepsis.

Hair related diseases can be reduced by applying sesame oil

Eating a tablespoon of black sesame seeds daily will make your skin glow.

The use of sesame seeds is very important for those who have low sperm strength. That is, sperm production increases.

This is very easy to prepare and can be eaten very quickly.

It is a very delicious and famous type of sweets that can be eaten in all the festive occasions of Sri Lankans as well as for tea time at home.
