I never made risotto before, actually I never cook any rice on stove, a bit scary to burn them. 😅 Your post was really inspiring me to do risotto once which actually I bought one pack already hehe😀 By the way, small kitchen isnt that icy fun for those who are fascinated with cooking as us but I’m sure that you can adjust it!

It's funny but the one time I cooked rice in a rice cooker I burned it so I never used it again haha. For me it's easiest on the stove in a pot. I just let it boil then turn it down or off.
I get angry in the small kitchen sometimes but it's a good lesson for me. When I was travelling in Asia and Mexico I had either no kitchen or just a single burner that I bought. One place didn't even have a fridge so I had to get everything fresh every day. At least I don't eat meat. That wouldn't have worked.
